HIRING SPACE AND PAYMENT
Once exhibitors have registered, they accept the conditions for contracting and paying for the floor as set out
in the regulations. Once the registration has been received, it shall be validated and subsequently the
corresponding invoice shall be sent with the payment conditions indicated therein, and exhibitors shall be bound
by all the regulations. Non-payment of any of the of the economic obligations derived from this contract shall
entitle Mindtech to Mindtech shall be entitled to terminate the contract, Mindtech will be entitled to dispose
of the contracted space.
Payment conditions: Formalization of Land Reservation
- For contracts up to 30 September 2026:
- Payment of 30% on invoice date.
- Payment of the remaining 70%, after issuing the invoice before 28/02/2027.
- For contracts between 01/10/2026 and 31/12/2026:
- 60% after issuing the invoice after the formalisation of the reservation of land.
- 40% after issuing the invoice before 28/02/2027.
- For bookings from 02/04/2025 onwards:
- 100% after issuing the invoice after the formalisation of the reservation of land.

- The deadline for space reservation is March 30, 2027.
SPACE ALLOTMENT
The allocation of spaces will be the exclusive responsibility of the Fair Management. The allocation will take
into account the date of application and the date of the bank deposit corresponding to the amount of the floor
reservation. The Organisation likewise reserves the right to change location of previously allocated space for
reasons of force majeure and safety. The exhibitor may not occupy the common areas with elements of his stand
without prior notice and authorization from the organization.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
The Organisation reserves the right to change Exhibition times for reasons of force majeure or other motives and
exhibitors will not be entitled to any type of compensation whatsoever. Exhibitors can access their stands one
hour prior to Mindtech opening time and we would recommend that you should not leave the stand until all
visitors have left the Exhibition Centre. Any company displaying products at the Fair must be registered in the
exhibitors' directory and pay the corresponding registration fee (€200). Non-compliance of this rule could lead
to closure of stand without right to any compensation whatsoever. Exhibitors wishing to cancel or reduce the
amount of space allocated to them via the space reservation contract shall not be eligible to any refunds. In
case he Exhibition is cancelled due to reasons beyond the Organisation, exhibitors will receive the full amount
paid for the reservation of floor space and the registration fee.
SERVICES HIRING AND PAYMENT
The services described in the Exhibitor's Guide may be contracted through the Exhibitor's Private Area, accessing
with the passwords provided by the organisation. Deadline for reserving such services and payment for the same
is 30 March 2027. The Organisation shall not be responsible for providing any requested services for latecomers,
and provision, if any, shall depend on availability and possibility. All services contracted after this date
shall bear a 25% surchange on the price indicated in the Guide. Any service requested during the setup or fair
will be subject to availability and confirmation by the organization, and must be paid for at the time via bank
transfer.
